Nzega Injury Project attracts attention at Boston University conference

On August 28, 2013 PeerCorps Intern Alyssa Bechtold presented the preliminary findings from the Nzega Injury Surveillance Project. The presentation was delivered to the staff and graduate students at Boston University’s School of Public Health. The meeting was a platform for graduate students of public health to present the findings from their completed practicums.

“It was a good way for new graduate students to learn about all the different fields of public health and possibilities for them in their future search for internships. People stopped by and asked about the NISP project and specifics on working in Tanzania.” – Alyssa Bechtold (MPH Candidate, Boston University)
